By using yowns you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
Nothing on yowns is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Tokens launched on yowns are speculative and can lose all of their value. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for any losses you incur. Only risk what you can afford to lose.
yowns never holds your funds or your private keys. Every transaction — launching, buying, selling, claiming fees — is signed by your own wallet. There is no account to recover and no support desk that can reverse a transaction. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
Launching a token costs a launch fee, and every trade pays a small fee that is split between the token creator and the protocol. Fees are set by the smart contract and are visible in the interface before you sign.
The launchpad runs on the Robinhood network. The private Zcash representation (a shielded asset, or ZSA) is a separate layer that is still rolling out — see the site for current status. Bridging between them carries its own risks, including smart-contract and liquidity risk.
The site and its smart contracts are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for bugs, exploits, network failures, price movements, or any loss arising from your use of yowns. Use at your own risk.
You are responsible for complying with the laws where you live, including any restrictions on digital assets.
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
